What kind of litter should I use for this automatic litter box?
Regular clumping litter, such as bentonite, mineral, and tofu litter, is fine! We do not recommend using non-clumping litter, like crystal or pine litter.
How many litter should I add?
Please do not exceed the max scale line in the capsule, or the machine will dump the excess litter into the collecting drawer, causing the waste of litter.
Is the litter box safe for kittens or small cats?
Yes, the litter box is equipped with safety sensors that detect your cat's presence, ensuring the cleaning cycle doesn't start while your cat is near or inside. However, it's recommended for cats weighing over 3.3 lbs to ensure proper sensor activation.
How often do I need to empty the waste drawer?
It depends on your number of cats and their usage. For one cat, the waste drawer typically needs to be emptied every 7–10 days. The waste indicator light will be on when the drawer is full, and you will also get notified on the app.
How do I clean the litter box?
The waste drawer and the capsule can be removed and washed with water. It is recommended to clean it every 2 weeks to keep your cat's toilet clean and tidy!
Why does the litter box rotate automatically after power-on?
The machine runs a self-check program each time it is powered on. The capsule will return to its initial position after self-check. The whole process takes approximately 2 minutes.
Can I monitor and control the litter box remotely?
Yes, the litter box connects to a dedicated mobile app via Wi-Fi. Through the app, you can monitor your cat's usage, control cleaning cycles, and receive notifications about the waste drawer status.
